New release P2 Engine 3.0.0

We suggest to all our users to delete the old version P2Engine 1.0 and P2Engine 2.0 since they are no longer supported. We have decided to leave the Windows only platform and make P2 Engine 3.0 platform independent. P2 Engine is now integrated in the LUA scripting language.
