get_remaining_variable_cost
Get the remaining variable cost for a given activity in a given tracking period.
The remaining variable activity cost at a given tracking period is a fraction of the total remaining cost as set by the P2Tracking:set_remaining_cost function. More information on activity and resource cost calculations can be found in the help files of the P2Schedule:get_total_activity_cost function.
